Hardware & Warranty Policy


These Hardware and Warranty policies apply to your purchase of hardware and related accessories from Repetix, LLC (“Repetix,” “us,” “we”) marketed as “Go Rout”.

1. Shipping.

We will ship your products to you using a carrier selected by us. Your order checkout page shows your shipping method, estimated time, and any shipping fees. While we will try to meet your shipment and delivery dates, we may be unable to do so in the event of low product inventory. In addition, many events beyond our control can affect the delivery of your products after we provide it to the carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for late shipment or delivery or any loss, damage, or penalty you incur from any delay in shipment or delivery.

2. Returns.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within thirty (30) days of delivery so long as they are in their original condition and packaging and you enclose the original packaging slip. We will refund your purchase for all hardware being returned and cover the cost of return shipping. Returns only apply to your most recent purchase and does not include any used or previously ordered materials. Returns do not include refunds on software as described in our Software License Agreement.

You must return all products, cords, cables, parts and documentation that were included with the original package received by you. Refunds will be applied to the original purchase method and will not be issued until all products has been returned and reviewed by Repetix. Only products purchased directly from Repetix via “Go Rout” can be returned to Repetix. Products you purchase through any third parties must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.

3. Availability.

The products offered from Repetix via “Go Rout” consist of Repetix hardware as well as third party hardware and accessories purchased and resold by Repetix. From time to time, we may be unable to manufacture or obtain a sufficient supply of products. In addition, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that we are unable supply your products. Therefore, we reserve the right at any time to limit or change quantities available for purchase or to cancel your order. If we cancel your order, we will refund your purchase price in full.

4. End User Customers.

We sell and ship products to youth, high school, college, and professional sports teams around the world at our discretion. You may not purchase products for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we believe you will do so. Your use of the products is governed by our Terms and Conditions Agreement and related agreements and policies available at shop.gorout.com.

5. Limited Product Warranty.

Prior to shipping your order, Repetix conducts a product testing and inspection process to ensure each unit of product received by our users is functioning in a manor consistent with our standards. While we make every attempt to identify and replace any products that fail to meet those standards, we understand that there might be instances that occur that are out of our control. Because of this, Repetix provides a one (1) year limited warranty on manufacturing defects related to Repetix hardware. This limited manufacturing warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not apply and/or does not include any product failure due to user interaction or third-party transfer (damage during shipping or transit).

Repetix will replace your defective Repetix hardware at no cost to you. However, you must return the defective Repetix hardware to Repetix at the designated address and in the designated box, with all accessories, cords, cables, parts and documentation included, within 14 days of receiving your replacement Repetix hardware. You will be asked to provide a payment card number to Repetix when you initiate a warranty based return. In the event you fail to return your defective Repetix hardware pursuant to the process and time frame specified by Repetix, we will charge the card you provided when you initiated your claim for the replacement Repetix hardware.
